Our Homeowner’s Association participates in the City of Longwood’s building permits process. If you are planning new construction or renovation to your home that will require a permit from the City of Longwood, you should first submit your plans to the Sleepy Hollow First Addition HOA Board of Directors for approval. Be mindful that you will need to comply with our current deed restrictions.

In order for the Board to consider your proposed improvement(s), you need to submit your request on-line.
