Our Homeowner’s Association participates in the City of Longwood building permit process. If you are planning new construction tor renovation to your home that will require a permit from the City of Longwood, you should first submit your plans to the Sleepy Hollow First Addition Board of Directors for approval. Be mindful that you will need to comply with our current deed restrictions
There are three different ways to submit your plans

Monthly board meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 7 PM and homeowners are welcome to attend and speak. The next meetings are scheduled to be held at the homes of:
